Welcome to CheckMyPCB, an AI-powered circuit design verification tool developed by Panoculon Labs. By accessing or using CheckMyPCB, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Beta Service

CheckMyPCB is currently in beta. The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Features may change, break, or be removed without prior notice. We are actively developing and improving the platform, and your feedback is invaluable during this period.

2. No Engineering Warranty

CheckMyPCB is an AI assistant designed to help identify potential issues in your PCB designs. It is not a substitute for professional engineering review. All AI-generated analyses, suggestions, and reports should be independently verified by a qualified engineer before being relied upon for production designs. Panoculon Labs makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the AI's outputs.

3. Your Data

When you use CheckMyPCB, you may upload design files (netlists, schematics, BOMs) and engage in chat conversations. We store this data securely to provide the service and improve your experience. Your uploaded files and chat history are associated with your account and are not shared with other users.

• Your design files are stored in encrypted cloud storage.
• Chat conversations are stored to maintain session context.
• We track basic usage metrics (message counts, token usage) for service management.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes but is not limited to:

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, extract, or manipulate the AI system prompts.
• Using the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Uploading malicious files or content.
• Attempting to exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse the service.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your uploaded design files and data. The CheckMyPCB platform, including its AI models, tools, interface, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Panoculon Labs.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Panoculon Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of CheckMyPCB, including but not limited to damages arising from design errors that the AI failed to detect, manufacturing defects, or any reliance on the AI's analysis.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. During the beta period, we may also need to reset or migrate data as we improve the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service as CheckMyPCB evolves. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
